No hidden extras

• No indemnity fee charge – some online conveyancing firms charge you a fee to go towards their indemnity insurance. At Q&A Law conveyancing you benefit from this protection at no additional cost to you.
  
• No completion, no fee – should the sale or purchase fall through we will not charge you our conveyancing fee. You will be liable for any other expenses incurred on your behalf
  
• No charge for acting for your lender – unlike some conveyancing companies, we do not charge a fee for acting for your lender
  
• No charge for photocopying or postage
