What did we advise?
We advised her that in relation to her terms on the tenancy agreement she was entitled to have quiet enjoyment of the property without harassment from the landlord and that she would have a claim for unlawful eviction and harassment. We advised her to write a letter to her landlord stating this and that she would be making an application to the court.

What did we advise?
We advised that she was allowed to sell the property and that she should now make an offer to her friend to buy her out or get her agreement to sell. If they can’t agree, she could make an application at court for an order for sale of the property.
