3. Cancellation – under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract but this must be done prior to receiving our legal advice

If you use this website to instruct the solicitors to provide legal advice for you and they confirm those instructions, a solicitor - client relationship will exist between you subject to the protection afforded by the rules of the Law Society of England and Wales. Such a relationship will not exist until we confirm that we accept your instructions. We are under no obligation to accept your instructions.
5. The legal fees quoted on this site relate to telephone legal advice only. They do not apply to additional legal work that may be required.
6. The services available through this website are only available for customers within England and Wales.

Your information will be held on computer-based databases and in paper files. We use the data primarily to provide you with legal advice and complete transactions on your behalf. We analyse and assess your data to maintain and develop our relationship with you. Your data will be kept for a minimum of 10 years in compliance with the Law Society guidelines.
